做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
