做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
