做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
