做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
