做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
